Vice President
Mr. Bleyer joined Stephens in 2018 and currently serves as a Vice President in the firm’s Capital Solutions Group. Mr. Bleyer has over six years of investment banking experience over a wide range of M&A, capital raising, and restructuring assignments and currently focuses on debtor and creditor representation of complex balance sheet or operational engagements for both public and private companies. His experience spans industries including energy and oilfield services, consumer, technology, industrial, specialty finance, and real estate. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Bleyer served in various investment banking capacities with Blackhill Partners and Stifel.
Mr. Bleyer is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and received a Master’s of Science in Accountancy degree, with honors, from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelors of Accountancy, with honors, from the Patterson School of Accountancy at the University of Mississippi.
