Vice President
Raffi Pounardjian joined Stephens in 2025 and is a member of the Depositories group. Prior to joining Stephens, Raffi covered media companies at Methuselah Advisors and financial institutions at Credit Suisse, Boenning & Scattergood, and UBS. On behalf of clients across the Americas, he has worked on a diverse array of transaction structures related to M&A and capital raising assignments. Raffi graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Concentration in Finance, and also graduated from New York University with a Master of Business Administration.
