Ms. Bryant joined Stephens in 2020 and is a member of the Healthcare group, focusing on Healthcare Services. Prior to joining the Healthcare group, she worked as a generalist on a variety of transactions for both public and private companies including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity capital raises, and leveraged buyouts. Ms. Bryant holds a BSBA in Finance, Accounting and Economics from the University of Arkansas, where she graduated with honors.
