Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Yang worked at Embarc Advisors and Palm Tree advisors where he focused on middle market M&A and capital markets transactions in multiple industries. Mr. Yang holds a BA from Seoul National University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
