Adam H. Crow

Mr. Crow is Associate General Counsel and provides legal counsel in connection with the investments of Stephens Capital Partners. He brings significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and other advanced legal matters to the role. Before joining Stephens in 2021, Mr. Crow was a member of Rose Law Firm where he practiced from 2006 until 2021. He worked with many of the other divisions of Stephens before joining Stephens Capital Partners in 2023. Mr. Crow received his Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He received a Juris Doctor (with honors) from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
