Managing Director, Director of Wealth Planning and Strategy
Adam Crow is a Managing Director and leads the Wealth Planning & Strategy Group. In this role, Adam coordinates the delivery of strategic financial advice to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and privately-held businesses, and consults on estate and tax planning matters. He works closely with those clients and their advisors to efficiently develop and implement solutions to complex financial matters and to manage, preserve, and transfer generational wealth.
Adam applies a consultative approach to unique and specialized client matters such as liquidity events and other major life and business transitions. He offers guidance regarding legacy plans and family governance matters, provides family financial education, and facilitates meetings regarding trusts and estate matters. Adam and the group-at-large work with many of Stephens’ divisions, responding to varied client needs with customized programs.
Adam offers clients the benefit of his extensive experience addressing the unique opportunities and issues raised by significant wealth. Prior to joining Stephens in 2021, Adam was a member of Rose Law Firm, where he was recognized as one of the area’s top practitioners and worked with many of the highest net-worth families and largest closely-held businesses in the region, including Stephens and its clients. Adam’s expertise and over 15 years of legal and financial planning experience advising clients on significant matters including advanced estate planning, taxation, and a wide range of transactions allow him to seamlessly collaborate with clients and their advisors to develop comprehensive wealth strategies.
Adam received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. He received a Juris Doctor (with honors) from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
