With over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Steve joined Stephens as a Senior Vice President in the Private Client Group in 2010. In this role, he co-partners the Ghelardini Team, which is responsible for advising clients in all aspects of their wealth management needs. The group includes Steve’s partner and daughter, Lauren, and Becky Langley, the team’s client associate. The team brings deep investment management expertise to clients. “We strive to add value to our clients’ lives by helping them manage their financial affairs using basic fundamental principles of investing,” says Steve. ”We seek to communicate those principles to our clients in a simple, commonsensical manner so that they understand and are a part of the investment process.”
Before coming to Stephens, Steve was a Vice President and financial advisor at The Robinson-Humphrey Co., later to become a part of Morgan Stanley.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Alabama. He furthered his education by attending Stephens University, an advanced wealth-management program offered through Wake Forest University.
Steve and his wife, Gail, live in Lexington, South Carolina.
