Will Clements, JD, LLM

Will Clements offers estate and tax planning guidance to Stephens’ financial advisors and investment clients, working closely with attorneys and accountants to implement wealth transfer strategies for high net worth families. Before joining the Wealth Planning & Strategy Group at Stephens, Mr. Clements was a partner at Wilson & Johnson, a premiere boutique estate planning law firm in Naples, Florida, and prior to that, he was a founding partner at The Clements Law Firm in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Mr. Clements received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business administration from Rhodes College in 2005, a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2008, and a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012
