Mr. Wray joined Stephens in 2008 in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia, office. He has more than 20 years of banking experience working with both municipal and corporate issuers. Mr. Wray has participated as banker or financial advisor in 164 transactions with a par amount of almost $3.6 billion for issuers in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina. His experience includes various sectors including governmental, healthcare, non-profit, transportation, secondary education, higher education and housing. Prior to Stephens, Mr. Wray was a Director at Wachovia Securities and a Principal at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Municipal Advisory Council for the Carolinas. Mr. Wray holds a BS degree from the University of South Carolina and is a registered Municipal Advisor Representative, Municipal Securities Principal, a Uniform State Law Securities Agent and a General Securities Representative.
