Stephens provides a unique and impactful experience in which Summer Analysts are encouraged to contribute meaningfully to live projects. Throughout the summer, I worked closely with all team members to gain hands-on experience in investment banking, as well as a comprehensive overview of the firm.
As a Summer Analyst at Stephens, I was challenged daily in an environment that pushed me to become the best investment banker I could be. I was very fortunate to work alongside great role models who encouraged my growth. The work was also very exciting, as I had the opportunity to engage in live deals and see my contribution directly impact the deal process. In one summer, I learned significantly more than all my other internships and I felt valuable. I am very fortunate to continue my career at Stephens and could not imagine myself elsewhere!

The Summer Analyst program is a great way to get live-deal experience and work closely with every level of your deal team from first-year analysts to managing directors. I absorbed in-depth sector knowledge across many different industries, which is a huge benefit of the generalist aspect of the program. On top of that, you get a sense of the unique culture and develop an understanding of how the process works in your respective office.
