Stephens, an independent financial services firm, announced today that Brett Huff has joined its Investment Banking division as Managing Director within the Technology Group with a focus on Financial Technology. With Stephens since 2005, Mr. Huff recently served as a Managing Director of the Business Services team within Equity Research. He will continue to be based in Little Rock.
Mr. Huff added: “There is soaring demand for innovative solutions that improve and transform payment products and services. As such the boundaries between payments, fintech, and information services are blurring. For well-positioned and well-capitalized business services companies, these changes provide compelling organic and inorganic opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation. I’m excited to join my colleagues on Stephens’ investment banking team in helping such organizations compete in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry.”
Mr. Huff received his A.B. in social studies from Harvard University and received an M.B.A., focusing on finance and strategy, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
