Assistant Vice President, Director of Benefits Technology
Maribel Rogers serves as the Director of Benefits Technology for Stephens Insurance and brings a proactive approach to employee engagement, including payroll, benefits enrollment, and risk prevention and reporting, as well as offering insight on process automation and the advantages of utilizing electronic data.
Prior to joining Stephens, Rogers spent 18 years in the human resources field. From 1997 to 2004, she led the human resources and risk management departments for a national logistics company before becoming a human resource executive for the Johnson Medical Center in Clarksville, AR.
Rogers earned an MBA, with an emphasis in Marketing, from the University of Arkansas and a BS in Management and Marketing from the University of the Ozarks.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for ARISA Health, Counseling Associates, Inc., Mid-South Health Systems, Ozark Guidance, Professional Counseling Associates, and Kiwanis Club of Clarksville, AR.
