Commercial P&C Customer Service Representative
Amanda VanPelt joined Stephens Insurance in 2021 as a Customer Service Representative in the Property & Casualty division. She brings over six years of customer service experience and currently serves as a primary contact for client inquiries, supports account teams, resolves challenges, and identifies and accesses client needs.
Prior to joining Stephens, VanPelt worked as a 911 Dispatcher for the Conway Police and Fire Department. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and a designated Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She is currently pursuing the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Associate in Insurance (AINS) designations.
