Senior Vice President, Commercial P&C Cost Based Efficiency
Brian Chance is an SVP, Claims and Risk Manager in Cost Based Efficiency division. In this role, he engages with client to develop strategies to eliminate hidden costs inside their workers’ compensation programs.
Chance has 30+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on large employer self-insured workers’ compensation programs. He specializes in developing processes to identify, quantify and eliminate hidden costs in large WC programs.
Chance holds an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. He currently serves as president of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association.
