Brittany Bulloch joined Stephens Insurance in 2012 and is a Vice President and Advisor in the Life & Health division. She serves as a benefits consultant, working closely with clients to design cost-effective, data-driven employee benefit programs. She also provides customized solutions for benefits administration, enrollment, and employee communication to help employers streamline their processes and enhance engagement.
Additionally, Bulloch specializes in life insurance planning for business owners and executives. She partners with clients and their advisors on wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families and supports executive benefits and succession planning.
Since joining Stephens, Bulloch has held several roles, including supporting many of the firm’s insurance technology platforms. She led employee training on agency processes and system usability, helping to improve operational efficiency across the organization. She began her insurance career at a software company focused on employee benefit plan solutions, later working in sales, IT, and account management at a boutique insurance brokerage.
Bulloch holds a BA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she was a Donaghey Scholar in the Honors College. She is licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health and holds the Associate in Insurance (AINS) designation.
