Caitlin Patrick is an Account Manager in the Property & Casualty division in the Stephens Insurance Birmingham office. She responsible for processing new business, renewals of expiring policies, and any policy changes and for managing communications with clients and carriers, keeping track of all necessary documentation.
Prior to Stephens, Patrick worked as an account service representative and account manager for a brokerage firm and is experienced managing middle market accounts across multiple industries.
Patrick earned a BS in Risk Management and Insurance from Troy University and is currently pursuing a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
