Caity Courtway joined Stephens Insurance in 2024 as a Senior Account Manager in the Property & Casualty division. In her role, she serves as the primary client-facing agency representative and point of contact for all day to day transactions and questions. She provides several services to clients, including general change requests to coverage, review of billing discrepancies, audit exposure reviews, analysis of claims, and facilitating the communication between carriers and clients. She works alongside producers, outside brokers and underwriters to create comprehensive insurance programs that help business owners protect their employees, assets, operations, and products.
Prior to Stephens, Courtway worked as a Senior Account Manager for a large brokerage firm servicing a book of business with accounts in the construction, non-profit, and retail industries. She also served as mentor to young associates new to the insurance industry. In that role she organized educational discussions on multiple types of insurance products, how claims can trigger coverage, roles as an account manager, and the basics of managing a book of business. She also provided training and guidance on best practices, use of agency management systems, and processing workflows across multiples teams within the agency.
Courtway earned a BA in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a designated Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Authority of Workers' Compensation (CAWC).
