Senior Vice President, Commercial P&C Advisor
Chris Bettina joined Stephens Insurance in 2023 as a Senior Vice President in the Property & Casualty division. In his role, he tailors insurance and risk management programs to fit each client's specific needs which is validated by a deep understanding of traditional insurance, large deductibles/self-insured retentions, large excess liability towers, and large complex property programs. He serves as the team lead for his clients and coordinates with Stephens team members to ensure client priorities are satisfied.
Before joining Stephens, Bettina spent 15 years with a global insurance broker as Area Senior Vice President, placing approximately $50 million in premium in the marketplace annually and has extensive experience with captives, primarily group and single parent. He has worked with global brokers around the world to develop large global multi-national insurance programs and fostered market relationships in the United States, London, Canada, and Bermuda.
Bettina earned a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
