Vice President, Personal Risk P&C Senior Account Manager
Crystal Searcy joined Stephens in 2022 and is a Vice President and Senior Account Manager and Personal Risk Advisor to support the expansion of personal risk services in the Houston office. Her primary role is to provide a consultative approach in handling client’s risk management exposures, risk appetite, and renewal process, as well as daily servicing.
Searcy brings over 20 years of personal risk experience, including sales and service in both direct and independent agencies, and specializes in high net worth clients. She has been recognized for best-in-class customer-oriented service.
Searcy is licensed in Property and Casualty in every US state and is currently pursuing the Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation.
