Assistant Vice President, Commercial P&C Senior Claims Coordinator
Heba Brown joined Stephens Insurance in 2012 and currently serves as a Senior Claims Coordinator in the Property & Casualty Claims Management division. In this role, she provides claims advocacy to clients for all lines of Property & Casualty insurance throughout the entire claims process and assists clients with vetting, setting up and managing third-party administrator relationships (TPA).
Brown's experience includes supervising special handling instructions, including scheduling claim reviews, through the year with insurers and TPAs and assisting clients with coverage reviews and, when necessary, writing a rebuttal to a coverage letter. Prior to joining Stephens,, she worked in both transportation/logistics and banking.
Brown earned an MBA from Louisiana State University and a BA in International Business from the University of Arkansas. She holds both Arkansas Property and Casualty Producers and Arkansas Multi-Line Adjuster licenses and is a designated Associate in Claims (AIC).
