Jeff Hildreth brings over 28 years of experience in the design, communication, administration and funding of employee benefit plans to his clientele. His expertise identifies opportunities to improve group health & welfare programs as well as consult on the financial aspects of insured and self-funded benefit plans. Using data analytics, pharmacy benefit management, benchmarking and comparative analysis, Hildreth is able to better manage costs and optimize his clients return on investment.
Hildreth entered the employee benefits industry in 1990 as a group representative for Home Life Financial Assurance Corporation helping consultants with the self-funding aspects of health plans and the integration of managed care. In 1997 he joined Advantage Benefit Solutions to provide brokerage and consulting services for his health and welfare clientele until joining Stephens Insurance in 2018.
Hildreth is a graduate of the University of Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
