Jonathan Davidson

Jonathan Davidson joined Stephens Insurance in 2021 and currently serves as a Loss Control Engineer, providing risk management, safety, and loss control services for clients across multiple industries. He is in charge of conducting site surveys, safety program reviews, and mock audits to improve safety and health programs and also coordinates with insurance carrier loss and risk control representatives.

Davidson brings over ten years of direct loss control experience in the field, including DOT compliance, mock safety audits, safety training programs, and insurance carrier audits. Prior to joining Stephens, he served as Regional Vice President of Safety & Loss Prevention for a nationwide InsurTech carrier that provides group captive insurance programs. He has worked with a variety of clientele over his career, including: midstream & downstream petroleum marketers, oil & gas contractors, utility contractors, long & short haul motor carriers, manufacturing facilities, and agri-business operations.

Davidson earned a BA in Insurance & Risk Management from the University of Central Arkansas. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and also holds many other safety, risk management, and trainer credentials including workers' compensation loss control certifications in Arkansas, Texas, and Missouri.
