Commercial P&C Customer Service Representative & Special Projects Coordinator
Keila Castillo joined Stephens Insurance in 2025 as a Customer Service Representative and Special Projects Coordinator in the Property & Casualty division. In her role, she supports clients by processing endorsement requests for new and renewal business, issuing certificates and Auto ID cards, and preparing audits, monthly reports, and policy booklets. She also prepares pre-renewal summaries, assists with RFPs, conducts analysis for client presentations, and reviews contracts as needed. Additionally, she helps execute a variety of client-related and internal special projects, events, and trainings.
Prior to Stephens, Castillo served as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at an insurance agency, where she managed multiple small to mid-size commercial accounts and supported executive stakeholders with analytics projects. Her previous roles also include coordinating access to health resources for underserved communities at Community Pharmacy of Springdale and leading analytics-based staff performance measurement as Senior Talent Coordinator for Spanish South America at Boston Consulting Group.
Castillo earned a master’s certificate in Organizational Development and Change Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia and has a BS in Industrial Engineering and a BS in Psychology from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. She is licensed in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri and holds both the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Master WorkComp Advisor (MWCA) designations.
