Assistant Vice President, L&H Benefits Senior Account Executive
Kelli Kainer joined Stephens Insurance in 2022 as a Senior Account Executive in the Life & Health division. She assists clients on all health and welfare plan matters, including strategy, design, implementation, vendor management, claim and plan issues, and compliance with federal mandates and other employer benefit-related programs.
Prior to joining Stephens Insurance, Kainer worked for a large national broker for 22 years. While there, she held several roles: Senior Account Executive, Director of Employee Development, and Client Service Leader. She also worked with another insurance broker as an independent insurance agent.
Kainer earned a BS in Psychology with a minor in Management, summa cum laude, from Texas A&M University. She is a General Lines Agent for both Life, Accident, Health & HMO and Property & Casualty Insurance in the state of Texas. She is also a member of the National Charity League.
