Lane Callahan joined Stephens Insurance in 2025 as an Insurance Analyst in the Property & Casualty division. In this role, he provides comprehensive support to the team by managing loss analytics, assisting account managers with policy reviews, and handling various operational needs. Additionally, he contribute to marketing initiatives as required.
Prior to Stephens, Callahan worked as a Day Program Director at Progressive Health Providers of Alabama where he supervised staff and planned curriculums and community outings for clients. She worked for ALETHEIA House, assisting referred clientele with obtaining safe and affordable housing and helping with a variety of case management services linked to client’s mental and physical health needs. He was also a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program Director with Lifecore Health Group where he worked with clientele to develop coping and daily living skills to manage mental illness effects on daily living.
Callahan is pursuing a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Mississippi and an AA in Legal Studies from Itawamba Community College.
