Loreana Ayala

Loreana Ayala joined Stephens Insurance in October of 2020 as an Executive Risk Customer Service Representative and currently serves as an Account Manager in the Property & Casualty division. In her role, she is a liaison between clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to support the marketing and placement of management liability risks and maintains relationships with clients and insurance carriers, as well as provides clients support.

Ayala brings over 18 years of insurance industry experience to Stephens. In that time, she held various roles, such as insurance agent, risk management insurance administrator, and assistant underwriter, in multiple sectors. She also worked in the risk management department of a construction company and maintained insurance compliance for each subcontractor on the project build sites.

Ayala earned an AA in Early Education from Eastfield College. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health and is a Certified Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS).
