Maribel Rogers

Maribel Rogers received a BS in Management and Marketing from the University of the Ozarks in 1995 and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1996. Prior to joining Stephens, Rogers spent 18 years in the human resources field. From 1997 to 2004 she led the human resources and risk management departments for a national logistics company in Russellville, AR.

In 2004 Rogers shifted industries becoming the Human Resources Executive for Johnson Regional Medical Center in Clarksville, AR. Her skills opened the doors to other areas in the healthcare field. Over the years, she was awarded the leadership of the environmental services, risk management, and information technology departments. Each area presented challenges, particularly in keeping up with the ever-changing technology. Rogers’s vision and pro-active approach helped her automate processes in human resources, payroll, benefits enrollment, risk prevention and reporting, e-learning, domain access controls, single sign-on, and the meaningful use of electronic data.

Rogers is very active in the community and is member of several civic groups and non-profit organizations, for which she holds leadership roles. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Counseling Associates, Inc., Tri-county Soccer Association, and Junior Auxiliary of Clarksville, Arkansas.
