Personal Lines P&C Assistant Account Manager
Melissa Bernal joined Stephens Insurance in 2025 as an Assistant Account Manager in the Property & Casualty division. She supports policy and account maintenance by processing invoices, endorsements, binders, and policy changes and by organizing client account files. She also gathers and maintains underwriting and renewal data—such as loss runs, exposure details, and property and auto values—to assist with both renewal and new business efforts.
Prior to Stephens, Bernal worked as an Account Manager, serving as the primary relationship contact for assigned clients. She managed day-to-day servicing needs including policy renewals, endorsements, amendments, and billing. Her responsibilities also included preparing applications, coordinating with underwriting, securing quotes, issuing binders, and monitoring for coverage gaps.
Bernal holds the Personal Lines Coverage Specialist (PLCS) designation.
