Commercial P&C Claims Administrative Assistant
Melissa Payne joined Stephens Insurance in January of 2016. She handles the administrative aspects of workers compensation claims, including processing mail, entering and printing payment checks, and preparing loss run reports.
Payne has worked in the insurance claims industry for sixteen years; she began her career with Crockett Adjustment Company in 2003 as a clerical assistant. She moved to Central Adjustment Company when they purchased Crockett in 2012, and remained there until coming to Stephens.
