Mica Grimmett joined Stephens Insurance in 2012 and is currently the Servicing Manager for the Property & Casualty division. In her role, she handles both middle and large commercial accounts and supervises over 30 employees. Her primary career focus has been agency management with an emphasis in quality control and professional education opportunities.
Grimmett has over 40 years of insurance industry experience and worked at an insurance agency before it was acquired by Stephens Insurance.
Grimmett earned designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW). Early in her career, Grimmett was very active in the Professional Insurance Agents of Arkansas and the National Association of Insurance Women, where she served on various committees and held various offices.
