Michael Gerety

Michael Gerety joined Stephens Insurance in 2019 and currently serves as Vice President in the Energy practice of the Property & Casualty division. In this role, he works as an extension of clients' risk management staff by taking ownership in implementation decisions and processes and assists clients in multiple risk management capacities, including risk transfer, risk retention, and claims handling in the U.S., European, and Bermudian marketplaces.

Prior to Stephens, Gerety served clients and agents as a field underwriter at a Property & Casualty insurance company and was responsible for offering practical solutions to problems that served both policy holders and his employer.

Gerety earned a BS in Finance, with a concentration in Insurance and Risk Management, from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business.
