Monica Bueso joined Stephens Insurance in 2025 as an Assistant Account Manager in the Property & Casualty division. In this role, she assists with client renewals and works closely with clients and carriers to gather information necessary for successful renewals. She also helps address individual client issues, updates policy changes, and issues certificates to support ongoing account management needs.
Prior to joining Stephens, Bueso worked as an Account Coordinator on the Life & Health side of insurance at a brokerage, where she assisted with renewals and partnered with HR teams to ensure a smooth employee experience during open enrollment.
Bueso earned a BS in Psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South. She is licensed in Life & Health.
