Morgan Moore joined Stephens Insurance in 2015 as a Senior Vice President and works alongside Stuart Wallace and the Houston team in the Property & Casualty Energy Division. Her primary role is to oversee and manage comprehensive energy-related insurance programs, but she also designs program structures and negotiates terms and conditions for her clients.
Prior to joining Stephens, Moore worked for a large national broker’s energy division managing their book of business. Her experience includes placing both domestic and international energy-related risks in the exploration & production (both on/offshore), service contractors, midstream, and manufacturers & distributors sectors. She has dealt with various program structures including guaranteed cost, deductible, self-insured retentions, and captive insurance.
Moore is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and completed Harvard Business School’s Breakthrough Leadership Program. She earned a BA in Advertising from Southern Methodist University.
