Nick Henry joined Stephens Insurance in 2025 as a Risk Management Specialist in the Property & Casualty division. In his role, he conducts comprehensive client policy reviews and analysis to address their specific needs and proactively prevent coverage issues. Acting as an extension of a client’s risk management team, he identifies and mitigates areas of risk, delivering tailored strategies to protect businesses and their assets.

Before joining Stephens, Henry served as a risk manager, overseeing company claims from initial investigation through final settlement. His background and experience in the construction industry includes captive insurance programs, loss-control, OSHA regulations, and contractual risk-transfer.

Henry earned a JD from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a BBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
