Vice President, Licensing and Contracting Supervisor
Pamela Dunlap joined Stephens Insurance in 2005 where she currently serves as a Licensing and Contracting Supervisor. She processes agency agreements and appointments to establish contracts for insurance products and sales. She manages agency and agent licenses to ensure compliance with State DOI and NAIC regulations and also provides supervision and oversight to licensing staff.
Dunlap has over 20 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to working at Stephens, she served for 20 years in local State Government as a UI Claims Adjudicator and Interviewer. She also worked as an Underwriting Associate for a local insurance company.
Dunlap earned a BA in Communications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and holds an Arkansas license in Life, Accident & Health, and Property & Casualty insurance.
