Parker Adzema joined Stephens Insurance in 2025 as an InsurTech Support Specialist. In this role, he works at the intersection of data and technology. He locates data within SQL databases and create data visualizations using Power BI, while also assisting with configuring devices for new hires. His responsibilities also include managing and auditing the Stephens Insurance intranet platform, inSIght.
Prior to joining Stephens, Adzema served as an IT Support Engineer Intern at Amazon, where he developed a wiki page to document standard work and team procedures, and helped maintain and upgrade critical IT infrastructure. He also worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Ultimate Eyewear, assisting customers with ordering prescription safety glasses, automating payroll processes in Excel, and configuring and maintaining work devices remotely.
Adzema earned a BBA in Information Technology with a Concentration in Cyber Security from Texas Tech University. He holds several technical certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate, Associate of ISC2, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and CompTIA Security+.
