Philip Bair joined Stephens Insurance as a Surety Account Executive in the Property & Casualty division. In his role, he arranges complex surety facilities for energy and energy-related clients with individual unsecured bonding lines of credit up to $1 billion, as well as places contract surety facilities for large construction accounts including ENR Top 100 general construction, highway heavy, and major trade subcontractors.

Bair’s experience includes the negotiation of a co-surety program to address a client’s requirement for $800 million in overall capacity for regulatory abandonment security, and arranging a contract surety program for a leading national general construction client with an overall bonding capacity of $1.2 billion.

Bair earned his BA in Business Management and Economics from North Carolina State University. He is a licensed Texas General Lines Agent and Texas Surplus Lines Agent.
