L&H Benefits Senior Account Executive
Robin Reynolds joined Stephens Insurance in December of 2016 as a Senior Account Manager. She brings more than 20 years of experience working as an employee benefits broker.
Prior to joining Stephens, Reynolds spent 16 years as a middle market Account Manager in the Employee Benefits division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. She began her insurance career at John L. Wortham & Son, LLP where she worked for several years as a Group Benefits Specialist.
Reynolds has extensive experience in the design, implementation and administration of health and welfare benefit plans, including group health plans, cafeteria plans and a full complement of ancillary benefits. She assists clients on many health and welfare benefit plan issues, including compliance with Health Care Reform and the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA and other employee benefit related programs.
Reynolds maintains an active Life, Accident, Health & HMO license for the state of Texas.
