Vice President, Commercial P&C Account Executive
Scott Bouchard joined Stephens Insurance in 2025 as a Vice President and Account Executive in the Property & Casualty division. In this role, he leads insurance placement efforts and negotiates with insurance trading partners. He also partners with the service team to design and create customized insurance program structures tailored to clients' unique needs.
Bouchard brings over a decade of experience in transportation and logistics insurance for large complex and middle-market risks. Prior to Stephens, he held senior positions at both national and international insurance brokerage firms, with a strong focus on client service and placement operations.
Bouchard earned a BA in Finance & Risk Management from the University of Central Arkansas, graduating magna cum laude. He is a licensed Property & Casualty Producer in multiple states and is a member of the National Leadership Honors Society and Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honors Society.
