Scott Peeler joined Stephens Insurance in 2024 as the Director of K-12 Partnerships based out of the Little Rock office. In this role, he serves as an advisor to public education entities, primarily school districts, on their employee benefits strategies to ensure competitive and comprehensive benefits package for their employees.
Peeler has over 15 years of experience in the public school sector of employee benefits. Prior to Stephens, he was Partner at Educators Financial Group, providing school districts with income planning solutions. Before that, he was the Director of Member Services at Educational Benefits, Inc. based in Little Rock.
