Shaun McGregor

Vice President, Senior Cyber Claims Account Executive

Shaun McGregor joined Stephens Insurance in 2025 as a Vice President and Senior Cyber Claims Account Executive in the Stephens Cyber Practice Group. His role is to assist clients pre- and post-claim to ensure they receive every benefit under their cyber policies, while providing technical and advocacy expertise throughout the process.

Shaun leverages his knowledge and history as an attorney, claim advocate, and claim adjuster to help clients utilize the full benefits of their cyber policies. Prior to Stephens, he was a Senior Claims Consultant where he managed complex Management Liability and Cyber claims, assisted clients with coverage evaluations, facilitated settlements, and supported production teams nationwide. He held leadership positions at a large insurance brokerage and risk management services company, including as a National Risk Control – MLP/Cyber Claims Director where he built a national claims team and oversaw high-value claims across multiple regions.

His earlier career includes roles at Crystal & Company and Zurich, specializing in financial and professional lines coverage analysis and litigation management. Before transitioning to insurance, he practiced civil litigation as a Senior Associate at Wilson Elser, handling complex professional liability cases and commercial disputes.

Shaun earned his JD from Rutgers University School of Law and a BA in Classical Studies from Dartmouth College, where he competed in NCAA Division I Track & Field. He holds the Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner (CPLP) designation.
