Senior Vice President, Commercial P&C Account Executive
Stacy Pettis joined Stephens Insurance in 2020 as Vice President where she
works alongside Johnny Braniff and the Houston team in the Real Estate and
Multi Family industry space.
Pettis specializes in Risk Management with an emphasis on policy detail. She has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and has a diverse insurance background ranging from personal lines to medical malpractice and large commercial risks. Pettis has in depth knowledge of various program structures including self insured retentions, captive insurance programs, and risk retention groups.
Prior to joining Stephens, Pettis worked as the Chief Operating Officer at a boutique firm in the Houston area where she successfully managed a complex book of business with several different industry sectors. She has also held roles at USI Insurance Services in the Healthcare Division, and Allstate.
Pettis was nominated for the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas Account Manager of the Year award in 2019 and has won several awards throughout her career. She holds a Texas Property Casualty license and is actively pursuing her next designation, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
