Commercial P&C Customer Service Representative
Stephanie Payne joined Stephens Insurance as a Customer Service Representative in the Property & Casualty division. Her role is to assist marketers in creating proposals, submit all team expenses, manage travel arrangements, order loss runs and office supplies, check policies, and complete COI’s for Account Managers.
Prior to joining Stephens, Payne worked in Education.
Payne earned her BS in Physical Education and her M.Ed. in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama, both with an emphasis on K-12.
