Senior Vice President, Commercial P&C Advisor
Taylor Burwell joined Stephens Insurance in 2010 as Vice President of the Transportation Division. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Burwell had eight years of experience in the transportation industry. At Fox Everett he co-built a transportation division from the ground up. His involvement in the development of the division included production, marketing and procurement of new insurance markets. He brings with him a dedication to providing the best insurance products to his clients.
Experienced with Insurance Programs in Transportation, Construction and Manufacturing, Burwell's expertise included first dollar coverage programs, large deductible and SIR programs. He has assisted underwriters in tailoring their coverage forms to more adequately cover insureds.
Burwell earned his BA from the University of Mississippi and holds a Specialist in Transportation and Risk (STAR) and Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional (TRIP) designations.
