Ted Grace joined Stephens Insurance in 2012 and currently serves as an Executive Vice President and Advisor in the Property & Casualty division. His primary role is to create risk financing solutions to optimize the combination of risk transfer, risk retention, and captives solutions for clients and to oversee the placement, management, and delivery of $60M of insurance premium for clients operating both domestically and internationally.
Grace has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to Stephens, he spent 15 years developing his company, the Grace Group. His experiences include developing Risk Management programs for the manufacturing, transportation, retail, construction and professional service industries, as well as developing complex Property & Casualty programs, combining self-insurance and insured risk transfer programs.
Grace earned an MS in Insurance and Risk Management from Georgia State University and a BA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
