His role is to engage with clients as a benefits consultant to identify quality cost-effective benefits solutions for employees, develop benefit programs based off data and claims analysis that lower healthcare cost while improving the overall health of employees, and provide customized administration, enrollment, and communication solutions for employers.
Prior to joining Stephens, Runnells served as an employee benefit professional with a focus on plan design, enrollment strategy, and technology while establishing and fostering relationships with clients and carriers throughout the region.
