Philosophy & Approach

Cruncher joined Stephens in 2017 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Experience & Education

Prior to joining Stephens, Cruncher was a Risk Management Wealth Adviser at United Capital Financial Advisors. In this role, he drove creation and implementation of the Risk Management division in multi-state offices with assets greater than $2 billion. He also worked with clients to help plan for their future through a variety of solutions such as long term care, life insurance, annuities and financial planning. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science in Business Management from Texas A&M.

He is also a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM and a Chartered Retirement Planning SpecialistSM.
