Managing Director, Regional Director, Growth and Strategic Initiatives
Joe serves as Regional Director in Private Wealth Management and Head of Growth and Strategic Initiatives. He identifies and builds relationships with financial advisors at other firms and articulates the Stephens’ value proposition from our culture, platform and technology. He guides advisors through the due diligence and transition process to make the move as smooth as possible.
Joe joined Stephens Institutional Equity Sales team in 2010, where he worked alongside institutional clients to deliver tailored recommendations informed by insightful research, sector expertise, and global-market insight. He was named Head of Institutional Equity Sales in 2024 before transitioning into his current role.
Prior to joining Stephens, Joe spent three years in audit at Deloitte, gaining a foundation in financial reporting and analysis that continues to inform his work today.
He graduated from Harding University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. He was also a four-year letterman on the university's football team.
Joe and his wife, along with their 4 children, enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and playing golf. He also believes in giving back to his community, he serves on the board of directors at Junior Deputy and coaches baseball.
