We provide investment banking, research, sales and trading, asset and wealth management, public finance, insurance, private capital, and family office services.
We are a family-owned financial services firm that values client relationships, long-term stability, and supporting the communities where we live and work.
The idea of family defines our culture, because each of us knows that our reputation is on the line as if our own name was on the door.
Our reputation as a leading independent financial services firm is built on the stability of our longstanding and highly experienced senior executives.
We are committed to corporate philanthropy; economic and financial literacy advocacy; and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Stephens is proud to sponsor the PGA TOUR, LPGA Tour, and PGA TOUR Champions careers, as well as applaud the philanthropic endeavors, of our Brand Ambassadors.
Stephens is the official investment banking partner of Williams Racing, one of the most winning teams in F1 history. We share that tradition of success.
We host many highly informative meetings each year with clients, industry decision makers, and thought leaders across the U.S. and in Europe.
Josh has been a member of Stephens Private Client Group since 2019 and been in the financial services industry since 2012. He joined Jim Hardison, Richard Sullivan, JoAnn White, and Henry de Noble as a partner and is a natural complement to their team. Josh says, “Our team’s goal is to deliver a positive impact to our clients we have the pleasure to work with and add value to their financial lives. We want our clients to feel comfortable and confident with us, through two way communication, as their financial consultants and to build relationships that span generations.”
Josh is supported by registered client associates Jane Siefert and Ashley Blalock, who have more than 50 combined years of administrative experience.
Prior to joining Stephens, Josh began his career as a relationship banker, market leader and cluster market leader at a regional bank. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh with a Bachelor of Science with honors in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration in 2009.
A North Carolina native, Josh volunteers at several Moving Day Events in the Carolinas for the Parkinson’s Foundation. Josh and his wife, Jessica, have two sons, Henry and Maverick. Most of his time outside of work is spent with his family, attending his sons' sporting events and batting practice in the backyard. His hobbies include golf, cheering for his favorite sports' teams, and traveling with his family.
