Rick and his junior partner, Gus Leeper, provide customized investment solutions based on client goals. As part of this offering, they regularly perform cash flow analysis, portfolio and investment management, retirement planning, and estate planning. “Our focus is to develop a thorough wealth management plan based on information from the client to help them achieve their investment objectives. Rick and Gus are supported by Brandi Patrick, a registered client associate. Brandi joined Stephens in 1999, and she assists clients on a daily basis, as well as helping Rick manage daily administrative duties in the branch.
In 1999, Rick joined Stephens as a Financial Consultant in the Private Client Group. Today, he is the Branch Manager of the Stephens Hot Springs office. He began his investment career in 1987 working for regional and national brokerage firms.
Rick received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He also graduated from Stephens University at Wake Forest University.
Rick is a third generation Hot Springs native. He and his wife, Diane, have one daughter and three grandchildren. In his spare time, he can be found playing golf or playing with grandchildren and family on Lake Hamilton.
